Easy and Delicious Crock-pot Pulled Pork

Who doesn't love a super easy, yet delicious meal? Being so busy on the farm in the summer, simple (while still fairly healthy) is so important. So when we were going to make supper the other day, we looked at what we had on hand and made this delicious, 4 ingredient crock-pot pulled pork. It is definitely going to be in our supper rotation from now on. We hope you enjoy it just as much as we did.

Serves around 6 (depending on the size of the pork loin)

Ingredients:

  • 3-5 lb pork loin

  • 1 can of coca-cola

  • 1 cup water

  • Your favorite barbecue sauce (we absolutely love Big John's Ol West BBQ & Dippin Sauce, made in South Dakota)

Directions:

  1. Place frozen pork loin into crock-pot, pour coke and water over it.

  2. Cook on high for four hours.

  3. Move crock-pot setting to low for another four hours.

  4. Check temperature to make sure it is at least 140 degree F.

  5. Remove pork loin from crock-pot and shred using two forks.

  6. Place pulled pork on a bun and drizzle with BBQ sauce.

  7. Enjoy!

We are in no way sponsored by Ol West BBQ & Dippin Sauce. I just love it so much! It makes everything better! (However, if you know the owners, let them know I'd be totally down with being a spokesperson that worked for free BBQ sauce, haha!)
