Ask Maggie and Nick: How to Order Premium Meat from New Frontier Farms - A Step-by-Step Guide

How do you order meat from New Frontier Farms? Great question! There are two ways - individual cuts of meat or in Bulk (half/whole pigs/steers.)

Here’s How You Order Individual Cuts:

📲Go to newfrontierfarms.org/shop and find the meat you want.

💁🏻‍♀️Pro-tip: filter by category to help narrow your search - pasture raised pork, rosé beef, etc.

🛒Add all the cuts you want to your cart.

📦At checkout select how you would like to get your meat:

      -> Farm Store Pickup - pick up your order on our farm in Lonsdale.

      -> Free Monthly Delivery to the Twin Cities - free on orders over $35, we select a date towards the end of the month and do free delivery for all.

      -> Delivery to the Twin Cities within 7 days of order - if you need your order sooner than the end of the month, you can pay $20 to have your order delivered within 7 days.

      -> Free Delivery to Lonsdale, Montgomery, and New Prague. If you live in either of these communities, you get free delivery all the time.

       -> Meat CSA Shipping Only - If you are signing up for our meat CSA, please select this delivery option.

      ->Nation Wide Shipping is only available for soap or merch.

💳 Complete your order by paying either with a card or PayPal.

📧 We will send you an email with all the details and options for when to pick up or deliver after we see your order (Please give us 1-2 business days for this. If your order is urgent, email us at newfrontierfarms.mn@gmail.com.)

Here’s How You Order Pork in Bulk:

🤓Read all the information about our pork and what it is like to buy it in bulk (want even more info? Sign up to get our tips and tricks guide on the pork page.)

🖱️Click on the “reserve your hog today” button.

📋Complete the reservation form

📧 We will send you an email about the next available date. If that date works for you, we will send you an invoice for a $100 deposit for your half or whole pig.

🥩As we get closer to the processing date, you will work with Odenthal Meats to get them your cutting information. We will send you an invoice for the full half or whole once we have the hanging weight. Then you will pick up your pork from Odenthal’s and pay them for the processing.

We currently do not have any grass-fed beef spots available until 2026.
